What it is
Gemini 4 Argon is the first model from Google’s Gemini 4 generation. Google’s Gemini API changelog lists it as generally available from October 13, 2026, with a context window of about 1 million tokens.
What it costs
Introductory pricing is $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens until November 30, 2026. From December 1 it doubles to $4 / $20. There is no free API tier.
